Reflection: I agree with what Thomas S. Monson says in this quote because its true. We don’t have to worry about what other people have achieved you have to worry about what you have done. What’s important is that you have gone ahead of yourself.
            Allopathic physician (M.d.)

Duties and responsibilities: they examine patients, obtain medical histories, order, perform ,and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe and administer treatment for people suffering from injury or disease. They also teach or do research in laboratories
Salary: $86,000 - $125,800
Education: They need to have a bachelors degree before completing medical school. It requires four years of course work beyond an under graduated. They have to finish an internship before they practice as allopathic physician on their own.

I think that I would like to be an allopathic physician. The reason why I would like to be one is because they help people. Like I mentioned in my other research I would like to help people someday and I think that if I become an allopathic physician I am going to be able to help them.

Reflection: I agree with what Og Mandino is trying to say in this quote. The reason why I agree with him is because there are many people that may be really wealthy from their heads to their toes but may have a really bad heart. They may not feel any sympathy for others or they may not love like others. There Is many people that are really poor but they have a great heart. They may feel sympathy for people that are worse than them and help them in any way they can.
                Allergist/Immunologist
Duties and responsibilities: Allergists responsibility is to treat allergies and asthma and immunologic disorders. They also conduct research on the laboratory that is based on allergy and immunology. They conduct physical examinations on patients. They also perform diagnostic tests such as skin pricks and intradermal, patch, or delayed hypersensitivity tests.
Salary: 225,814-301,581
Education: To be able to become an immunologist you have to at least nine years of training after your bachelor’s degree. After completing medical school and graduating with a medical degree they have to do three years of training in internal medicine or pediatrics and pass the exam.

I think that I would like to be an allergist or an immunologist. The reason why I would like to be one is because I someday want to help people and this is what they do they help people with their problems. Allergists also get a good salary and I think that I would like to get money like them.

 Reflection: I agree with sterling w. sill’s quote. The reason why I agree with this is because some people may have a lot of money and be really wealthy but they may be a really bad person. There can be people that are really poor and have a great heart. They would always do the right.

                          Acupuncture                 


Duties and responsibilities: Acupuncture professionals have to treat the entire individual not only part. They help achieve balance and wellness on an individual’s everyday life. Acupuncturists cure illness by inserting needles in the body.

Salary:$75,000

Education: Most programs require 1,500-2,000 hours of acupuncture training and take more than 3-4 hours to complete. They must also pass the exam offered by NCCAOM, and fulfill any additional state licensing requirements.

  In, my opinion I don’t think that I would like to be an acupuncturist. The reason why is because I don’t think that I would like to be handling needles and inserting them into the body of different people. I think that I would not handle it well.

Duties and responsibilities: Acupressure are Chinese forms of medicine .It employees the stimulation of pressure points to detoxify and heal the body. In acupressure they use their hands and they don’t use needles.

Salary: $38,000-$137,000

Education: You need to have at least 2-5 years of experience in the massage therapy and acupressure industry. Have to take 600-800 hours of classes.

 I don’t think that I would like to be an acupressure specialist. The reason why I wouldn’t like it is because I don’t really like touching or massaging people. They do get a lot of money but I wouldn’t want a job like that.

Hinckley when he mentions in his quote “Education is the lackey to success in life.” The reason why I agree with him is because you need education to get a lot of your jobs in the future. Education can help you in a lot of things like driving or many other things if you can’t read you can’t do a lot of stuff.



Ophthalmologist

Duties and responsibilities:

Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. They treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglass lenses. When necessary, they perform eye surgery. Most ophthalmologists are in private practice, however some are employed by hospitals or clinics, and others perform research.

Average salary: $90,000 - $150,000

Educational requirements:

Only physicians may study to become ophthalmologists. After completing medical school and internship, an ophthalmologist must complete a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmologist program. After completing their residency program they must pass an examination to be certified.

  I think that I would like to be an ophthalmologist. The reason why I would like to be an ophthalmologist is because they make a lot of money and I think that I would love to make as much money as them. Another reason why I would like to be an ophthalmologist is because they help a lot of people and I like helping people.
