April fool’s day is a day when you get to play practical jokes and hoaxes on other people. The jokes and their victims are known as April fools.

The theories behind April fool’s day are that in the Middle Ages New year’s was celebrated on March 25 in most European towns. New Year was a week long holiday ending on April 1st. People think that April fool’s day has been originated when the people that would celebrate New Years on January 1st made fun of those who celebrated on other days.

Fool’s day?
Some pros of April fools can be that you are able to make fun of other people and laugh about the pranks that you have made. Some cons can be being pranked back. Other cons can be that some people may take a prank to serious and other can end up being hurt.
